Your Provider Network

Please see the list of all of the people who could provide services to you at the back of this handbook. These providers all have the licenses, training and experience to help you. If you have questions about this list, call Venture Member Services at

1(888) 357-0016 or contact the Member Services Representative at your local Community Mental Health agency.

If you need a service, and there is no one on the list that provides this service, contact your local Mental Health agency or Venture Member Services.

How to Obtain Out-of-Network Care

There may be times where there are no providers in our network that are able to provide you with a service that you need. If the service is a covered benefit of this plan, and it is medically necessary, Venture and its affiliated CMHSP’s will work with you to find a provider out of our network who can provide the service. This will be at no cost to you. If you need out of network care, please contact your local CMHSP Member Services Representative, or Venture Behavioral Health’s Member Services Representative, listed at the back of this handbook.
